Our embroidery machines are the latest state-of -the-art Tajimas that run up to 4 copies at one time. We do all our own in-house digitizing, or changing your art into an custom embroidery file, suitable for our machines to read. Since we can change the pattern, or part of the pattern at any point in the production run, you are assured of the highest quality products. We don't buy our digitizing from an out-of-state or out-of-country digitizing house. There is no way to control the quality if the digitizer does not see the finished product on the actual production machines.

TEXTURE EMBROIDERY
Sometimes our customers give us free reign to improve the look of their custom embroidery. Texture embroidery is one way that we can do that. Used mostly in wide areas, a texture adds visual interest to any pattern. Texture embroidery has won many industry awards, and we are specialists in the field!

EMBROIDERED CAPS
Caps look particularly stunning with custom embroidered logos or patterns. Although the vertical field is usually not more than 2 inches, we can include quite a lot of visual interest in those 2 inches. If you still have more information added to the cap, like a website address, we are also able to embroider on the cap back or either side. There is no limit to embroiderable locations on a cap!

Custom Patches
Custom embroidered patches are a great way to display information on a sleeve, jacket, shirt or tote bag.
We can make any size, shape or color patch, in quantities from 1 to 1,000 or more.
There is a setup charge for us to make the pattern suitable for embroidery, and then the charge for the patch, usually starting around $2.50.
Of course, the higher the quantity, the lower the price.

PUFF EMBROIDERY
Puff embroidery is regular embroidery thread laid over high density foam. The foam underneath raises the threads in a pleasing, unusual 3-D effect. This technique is particularly stunning when it is laid over regular flat custom embroidery of an imprinted image. We can do it all!

Tackle twill is shiny fabric with embroidery around
the border.

CHENILLE EMBROIDERY
Chenille is loopy thread laid on a piece of felt, in assorted colors. Imagine a basketball made of chenille as part of an embroidered pattern. It is stunning! Notice the 3 different colors in the “Football” chenille patch. The black outline really makes the lettering pop! It is fun to design your own chenille look, and not as expensive as you might think. Come talk to us about your design ideas!
